Admission at Ishan Public School
Ishan Public School, Shukulpur, Sangipur, Pratapgarh welcomes students who are eager to learn, grow and become confident and responsible individuals. Admissions are offered subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of the school's admission requirements.
Step 1: Enquiry
Parents/Guardians may contact the school office to enquire about admission, available classes, fee structure, required documents and other admission-related information.
Step 2: Registration
The parent/guardian is required to complete the prescribed Admission Registration Form and submit it along with the required documents and registration fee, wherever applicable. Registration does not automatically guarantee admission.
Step 3: Interaction / Assessment
Depending upon the class, the student may be invited for an interaction or admission assessment. The purpose is to understand the student's academic level, learning needs and suitability for the respective class.
Step 4: Admission Confirmation
After completion of the admission formalities, the school will inform the parent/guardian regarding the admission decision. Once admission is confirmed, the prescribed admission fee and other applicable charges are to be deposited within the given time.
Step 5: Submission of Documents
Parents/Guardians are required to submit necessary documents, which may include:
- Birth Certificate
- Previous School Report Card / Mark Sheet
- Transfer Certificate, wherever applicable
- Passport-size photographs
- Aadhaar Card or other prescribed identification document
- Address proof
- Previous school records, wherever applicable
- Other documents required by the school
Step 6: Commencement of School
After completion of admission and fee formalities, the student will be allotted the class/section and informed about the school schedule, uniform, books and other requirements.
